Description: This layer originated by Ascension Parish Drainage to document all easements obtained and recorded. It was further expanded to a contract with Elos Enivonmental whereas they did additional ROW verification for East Ascension Drainage. This dataset incroproates both efforts together into one drainage easement layer. This combine was accomplished in June of 2022 and is now the active dataset that both Elos and the Parish accesses to update as necessary. It is intended not for public sharing to ensure incorrection information is not provided. It does not reflect ALL easements, but ones identified and documented as part of this effort. This status of 6/21/22, whereas a secure published web service is created to allow continua updating.
